A starting point. Your written scope is built at the walkthrough. Most offices run 3 or 5 nights a week. Small suites often start at 2 nights plus a monthly detail clean.

Do you clean during business hours?
Our default is after hours or early morning so the clean is finished before your team arrives. Day porter cover can be scoped for larger sites.
Can we keep the same cleaner?
Yes. Every site gets an assigned crew. If someone is on leave, the replacement is briefed on your scope before they arrive.
Do you supply products and equipment?
Yes. Consumables like paper and soap can be supplied by us or you; we agree that in the scope.
How do you price office cleaning?
After a free walkthrough. Price depends on floor area, number of washrooms and kitchens, and how many nights a week. You get a fixed monthly price.
